The CA240H is used to connect a PC/ computer to PC Switch products. One end is the standrad 25 way used on all SY Electronics KVM products, the other end connects to the PC's keyboard (PS/2), mouse (PS/2) and monitor (VGA) ports.

The CA240MM is used to connect a PC/ computer to PC Switch products. One end is the standrad 25 way used on all SY Electronics KVM products, the other end connects to the PC's audio, microphone,keyboard (PS/2), mouse (PS/2) and monitor (VGA) ports.
